Welcome to the New EUSR Website

The new Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) website was launched on 8 October 2018, as part of a wider re-brand for the service. Featuring a refreshed layout, better navigation and search tools and digestible content, the website launch will shortly be followed by new EUSR ID cards from 22 October 2018 and a new registration platform going live in January 2019.

About the Website

Our refreshed and responsive website is much easier to navigate, with drop down menus to better showcase the range of work we undertake and the services we offer you. Content has been completely reviewed and presented in digestible sections – designed to give you the detail you need, quickly and in one place. The mobile friendly site also includes an update to the Authorised User section to provide a simplified login process.

 Cardholder, Trainer and Provider Support

We’ve added new Cardholder Support and Provider and Trainer Support sections built around your frequently asked questions. They include clear, concise guidance on popular topics including replacements and renewals, finding training, and submitting registrations, as well as comprehensive FAQs pages.

 Search Functions

The Register Search has been simplified to save you time and is now available at the top of every page on your smartphone, tablet or computer – so you can check registrations at home, work or on the go.

Scheme and training provider searches have also been improved to match our existing processes and systems, including logical navigation. Trainers delivering schemes and programmes are integrated into our schemes search, so you can find exactly what – and who – you need in one place.

EUSR Photo ID Cards

The new branding brings EUSR into line with the rest of Energy & Utility Skills and includes an updated look for our photo ID cards. From 22 October 2018 the design of the cards will change to match the website’s simple and fresh design, whilst keeping the same information you’re used to.

Don’t worry – your existing cards are still valid. The only change is that, from 22 October 2018, any future renewals will be printed onto our new-look cards. You can also compare the old and new cards on our website. If employers have any questions about the new cards, then please ask them to check the EUSR register  to verify your card. We have made them aware that we are making the changes. If you have any questions about the cards please contact eusr@euskills.co.uk.
