New Opening Times

As of 2 October 2017, the EUSR team is now available from 8am to 5pm, 5 days a week.

We’re always looking for ways to improve our service to our customers.

Extending our opening hours will provide more time for processing applications, and also ensure our customers are able to contact us at a time that is most convenient to them.
