Who We Are

The Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) is the online register of training and skills for the energy and utilities industries. Individuals that have undertaken an EUSR training and/or assessment on one of our schemes have these recorded against their EUSR registration; we also sometimes record qualifications and authorisations.

An individual’s EUSR registration record may hold more than one scheme registration and each one may have differing expiry dates. Individuals are issued with a unique EUSR ID number and a photo ID card – which also displays the current endorsements and expiry dates.

EUSR is part of the Energy & Utility Skills Group.

Register Search

There is an online register search (accessible at the top of every page) facility on our website, available 24/7 via PC, tablet or smartphone. Employers are able to verify an individual’s training, skills, and sometimes qualifications or authorisations, for example as part of the recruitment process.

The EUSR Support team check all required personal information and evidence, such as certificates and authorisations, before registering an individual on EUSR. Each registration endorsement has different evidence requirements.

The register holds over 300,000 registration records, and over 3,000 new registrations are added every week.
