Our Partnership
Energy & Utility Skills is very proud to be a partner of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) for our Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness (SHEA) schemes. All SHEA EUSR ID Cards carry the CSCS logo – giving the individual access to operational sites.
SHEA Schemes
The Safety, Health and Environment Awareness portfolio of schemes have been developed in conjunction with industry to provide a uniform approach to health, safety and environmental awareness training across the utilities sector, in line with Health and Safety Executive guidelines.
Where an individual has already achieved SHEA registration on EUSR and needs to achieve a registration against another SHEA scheme(s), they may undertake a reduced programme of training and assessment which will enable them to ‘convert’ and add on an additional SHEA registration to their existing registration.

NCO (Gas) and NCO (Water) Schemes
Our NCO (Network Construction Operations) schemes are developed in collaboration with Gas and Water Network owners as well as some of the larger employers in these industries. There are many different routes to NCO registration, visit the schemes pages for more information:
