Updated Quality Framework

We have been working to amend the Quality Framework in line with the increase of remote delivery and assessments.

We have mapped all 17 criteria into a new format with an improved written guide that supplements the audit and approvals process. This will not effect anything that our Approved Providers currently do as it includes the same content from the previous version. Also in response to feedback given by many Approved Providers, some criteria has been cross referenced to remove duplications.

We are hoping the new format will be easier to understand and still provide the level of quality assurance expected from when we approve, audit and monitor our Approved Providers.
