If you are already using your plastic smart card and you want to update some of the personal information visible on the card, please complete the form below.

All EUSR registration records must now include a mobile phone number. If you do not have a mobile phone number, please contact EUSR support – 0121 745 1310.

If you have lost your plastic EUSR card, you will need to use the Register Search to obtain your EUSR ID Number. You will need this number to order a new card.

You may need to order two plastic smart cards.

If you have more than one EUSR registration, you may need to order two virtual cards and not one. This is because all CSCS schemes now have their own registration card (CSCS schemes are all SHEA, NCO (Gas), NCO (Water) and Utilities Network Construction Supervisor).
