EUSR Plastic Smart Card

Replacement cards can be ordered when an existing card has been lost, stolen, damaged, or where details need to be corrected or updated. They provide a reissued version of the original record, confirming that the individual still holds the relevant registration. Requests for replacement cards must typically be submitted by the training provider, cardholder or their employer and require verification of existing registration details including full name, date of birth, EUSR ID, mobile number, email address, as well as a postal address to send the card to. The replacement card will reflect the current status of the individual’s registration but does not extend or alter the original validity period.

Since February 2022, all registrations are issued with a virtual card as standard. If a learner requires their virtual card to be re-sent, they do not need to order a replacement card and should instead contact the EUSR Support Team to re-send the text message to virtual card.
