The EUSR CSCS Mains Commissioning Experienced Worker card is designed for individuals engaged in roles related to commissioning water network assets. Applicants must hold in-date EUSR SHEA Water and National Water Hygiene registrations. The Mains Commissioning card is valid for three years from the date of registration and is non-renewable.

Evidence requirements

To be eligible for the Mains Commissioning Experienced Worker card, individuals should have a minimum of three years relevant industry experience in the role within the last five years.

To evidence this, individuals must provide a signed employer letter on company headed paper verifying:

o Length of employment / engagement
o Role performed
o Confirmation that experience aligns to card role

EUSR Card

Every EUSR registration is awarded a virtual card by default –which you can download onto your mobile – you will receive a text giving you full instructions on how to do this. A virtual card cannot be lost and it’s easy to amend your mobile number should you get a new one. Virtual cards also work in areas where there is no internet. You can opt for an additional plastic smart card, but there will be an additional cost for this.

The Mains Commissioning card is valid for three years from the date of initial registration and is non-renewable. Registered individuals will receive a Red CSCS Experienced Worker card showing either Chlorination, Water Sampling, Pressure Testing, or a combination of these on the back of the card.

To access your new virtual card, your EUSR record must include your mobile number, which is why we request it on the Registration Form.

You will only receive your card once the Application Form has been received and verified.

Your virtual card is sent to you via text message, so please ensure you provide your current mobile number on the application form. You will receive your card once the application has been received and verified by the EUSR Support Team. All new EUSR registrations come with a virtual card by default, which makes checking the card quicker and more secure on site and reduces plastic use. You may pay an additional £3 for a plastic smart card if desired.
