You are required to hold in-date EUSR registrations for NCO (Gas) Service Layer or Main Layer and SHEA Gas before you can be awarded an EUSR Meter Disconnection registration. We will check these on EUSR, so you do not need to provide any evidence.

You must also be employed by a Gas Safe registered business.  If your employer is not a Gas Safe registered business, they must apply for your Meter Disconnection registration and agree to apply to Gas Safe and obtain business registration.

To access your new virtual card, your EUSR record must include your mobile number, which is why we request it on the Registration Form.

You will only receive your card once the Application Form has been received and verified.

Once completed, please email your photograph to [email protected]

For further information and any other queries regarding EUSR, visit our Virtual Cards FAQ page or you can contact our support team, Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm, via email or on 0121 745 1310.

For information on what we do with the personal details provided, please read our Privacy Notice here.

All new EUSR registrations now come with a virtual card by default, which makes checking the card quicker and more secure on site and reduces the plastic we all use. Some employers may also pay £3 for an additional plastic smart card. You must provide a mobile number to receive an SMS message with a unique registration and PIN number to access your virtual card. For more information on virtual cards please visit our Virtual Cards FAQs page.
