What is the Network Construction Operations (Water) Repair & Maintenance scheme? 

EUSR registration for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) category is dependent upon the individual completing one of the following qualifications for Service or Main Layer under the ‘Distribution’ pathway, or apprenticeship: 

  • Energy & Environment Awards Level 2 Diploma in Network Construction Operations (Water) 
  • CABWI Level 2 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Water) 
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Network Construction Operations (Water) 
  • Qualifications Scotland Level 5 SVQ in Network Construction Operations (Water) 
  • Edexcel Level 2 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Water)  
  • Water Network Operative (WNO) Apprenticeship 

Evidence Requirements

Energy & Environment Awards Level 2 Diploma in Network Construction Operations (Water)

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s). 

To register on EUSR for the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) category, an individual must have completed the qualification for Service/Mains Layer (Distribution) along with the following 2 units: 

  • Joint materials by mechanical means on water network construction 
  • Restore water network assets to operational condition by repair 

CABWI Level 2 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Water) 

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s). 

To register on EUSR for the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) category, an individual must have completed Service/Mains Layer (Distribution) along with the following 1 unit: 

  • Restore water network components to operational condition by repair 

City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Network Construction Operations (Water) 

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s). 

To register on EUSR for the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) category, an individual must have completed Service/Mains Layer (Distribution) along with the following 1 unit: 

  • Restore water network components to operational condition by repair 

Qualifications Scotland SVQ Level 5 in Network Construction Operations (Water)

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s). 

To register on EUSR for the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) category, an individual must have completed Service/Mains Layer (Distribution) along with the following 1 unit: 

  • Restore water network components to operational condition  

Edexcel Level 2 Certificate in Network Construction Operations (Water)    

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s). 

To register on EUSR for the Repair and Maintenance (R&M) category, an individual must have completed Service/Mains Layer (Distribution) along with the following 1 unit: 

  • Restore water network components to operational condition by repair  

Skills England Water Network Operations Level 2 Apprenticeship

A colour photo or colour scanned image of the original certificate(s).

Pre-requisites

All individuals must hold a valid EUSR registration for both National Water Hygiene and Safety, Health & Environmental Awareness (SHEA) Water as a pre-requisite.

Registration Period 

Registration on EUSR for Repair & Maintenance is valid for a period of 5 years and is renewable. 

CSCS Card 

Individuals will be issued a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card with NCO (Water) Repair & Maintenance on the reverse.
