If this application is for a new EUSR registration and card, a photo must be submitted. The photo must conform to the same requirements as a UK passport – head and shoulders only, no headgear (unless for religious purposes), front facing, plain background. We accept PDF and jpeg formats. For EUSR registration renewal, you can also update your current photo.

EUSR Card A Cable Jointer’s Attendant EUSR registration is printed onto a CSCS Partner card which can be used to access construction sites. Every EUSR registration is awarded a virtual card by default –which you can download onto your mobile – you will receive a text giving you full instructions on how to do this. A virtual card cannot be lost and it’s easy to amend your mobile number should you get a new one. Virtual cards also work in areas where there is no internet. You can opt for an additional plastic smart card, but there will be an additional cost for this.

The Cable Jointer’s Attendant Scheme is for individuals who work as a cable jointer attendant (also known as cable jointer’s mate) within the power sector.

Registration on Cable Jointer’s Attendant is available in the following categories. Please click on sections to view the evidence requirements:

Registration on EUSR is gained when the required certificate evidence has been submitted and verified.

Individuals must hold a valid EUSR registration for SHEA Power.

Cable Jointer’s Attendant registration is valid for 3 years, with the exception of the Trainee category.

Renewing a Cable Jointer’s Attendant EUSR registration

EUSR Registration Renewal

Renewal registration is valid for three years. An individual may be re-registered for Cable Jointer’s Attendant Skilled Worker Card where the required evidence is submitted and verified.

Trainee registration is valid for 18 months. Individuals may only be registered once.

To access your new virtual card, your EUSR record must include your mobile number, which is why we request it on the Registration Form.

You will only receive your card once the Application Form has been received and verified.
